La nostra finalitat \u00e9s aconseguir ciutats m\u00e9s humanes , justes i sostenibles. El nostre camp d&#8217;acci\u00f3 \u00e9s ample. Des de menors i fam\u00edlies en situaci\u00f3 de vulnerabilitat social, a diferents col\u00b7lectius en risc d&#8217;exclusi\u00f3.
